Michelle Panzarella, LCSW, MA

Are you struggling because you're feeling confused, anxious, angry, frustrated, or down?  Are you dealing with relationship issues, grief, communication problems, or some other life crisis? Whatever the transition, whatever the challenge, I can help you process the feelings and gain a new sense of direction!

I offer brief and long-term psychotherapy to teens and adults either in-person, via distance counseling, or a combination of these methods.

If you choose onsite therapy sessions, you will be counseled in one of these two warm, inviting session rooms

Therapy should not be just another burden for you to carry... let me help you lighten that load! Don't keep putting it off saying, "I don't have time" -- You are worth it!  Contact me TODAY.

Treatment Approach:
My treatment approach is eclectic, holistic, and humanistic; it is based on the individual's needs and goals. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapy, Nutrition & Integrative methods, Mindfulness, and Addiction treatment. My office is a "Pet Therapy" office, I have 3 cats and a dog, that may (or may not) join us during a session.

I am frequently attending workshops, seminars, or reading articles and books so I can continue to learn and grow. I am non-judgmental, sensitive, warm, loving, friendly, and funny, and I bring these qualities into my practice.  I often refer people to outside resources, books, apps, videos, support groups, websites (See “Resources” tab)  I believe that all people can learn, grow, and heal... if you have a safe space to do so and you work at it!
